  1. Okay, so the only way I found to pay for a domain name renewal, is by setting auto renew on. There is no other option. No way to add years. And no response from Squarespace. They took my money and didn't send me any receipts or thank you's or nothing. I used to work in the industry and know how grimy these companies can be. I used to think Squarespace was a decent company and that is why I let the domain move to them from Google. I would not recommend using them for multiple domain registrations. If you are running a single domain and need hosting, maybe they'll work. Can't say. I host on my own servers. I have one more domain to go and when I can, I'm moving on. Thanks Google and Squarespace for making life more difficult!
  2. First, I don't see an invoice for my domains anywhere in my account. Second, I'm not liking squarespace at all. The billing system is terrible. I found no way to make a payment for my domains, other than the auto renewal. Which I hope works. I have 9 days to pay. If I loose my domain, I'm blaming them for it. Looking in the forums was useless. I've sent a request for customer support, but doubt I will hear back from them. Has anyone found a way to pay their bill? Does Squarespace allow prepayments for multiple years? Very frustrating. I should've transferred out of Google when I had the chance.
