Sorry top chrome & bottom Safari. On another note, could it just be my computer? I want to know if it's showing that way on other computers too...

I designed the site from google chrome. The homepage shows correctly on there but when I pull it up on Safari, the Logo overlaps the welcome text. When I go to a different page and then back to the homepage, it looks how it should. But I'm not sure why it would be glitchy like that on Safari. Could it be something to do with padding, overlay or content inset? I have 2 images below showing the issue. On the left Chrome & left Safari.
