Can an email marketing campaign be a blog post?

Late to the party here, but I figured out a workaround for this. We're using Mailchimp, and once the email campaign has been sent out I go in copy all of the HTML code and drop it into a code block inside a blank blog post. Works great! Perhaps there's a way to automate this process using something like Make or Zapier...
