  1. I haven't encountered a way to do that through the acuity scheduling app, but on the website you can use a pop up that only targets first time visitors. Not sure if that's super helpful tho. There is also the "each customer can use this once" feature for coupons in the scheduling app, but it doesn't necessarily only target first time visitors.
  2. I've got a bug with the "minimize gaps" feature, and am looking for a fix. I've got one calendar with 2 appointment types. I just recently added a third appointment type, and minimize gaps works with the new one in only one direction. That is to say that a spot can be booked in the new appointment type 7:30pm time slot and it blocks off classes earlier in the day for the other appointment types like it is supposed to. However, if I book an 11:00am class of a different type, the new class is still available to be booked at 7:30pm. Does anyone know why this is? For reference, class types 1 and 2 both have multiple time slots throughout the day, however the new class type has only one time slot at 7:30pm.
