  1. @HelloWorldAZ - I hear you, that is frustrating. Sadly it's a case of a manual transfer in that case.
  2. Does this plugin do what you are after? https://www.sqspthemes.com/plugins/squarespace-video-lightbox-button
  3. You would need to target each video block id, upload the new image to files in the CSS and then create the hover change via css. For instance: https://www.tutorialrepublic.com/faq/how-to-change-image-on-hover-with-css.php https://www.tutorialrepublic.com/codelab.php?topic=faq&file=changing-image-on-hover-with-css However, I wouldn't recommend this for a video as visitors may miss the video function and think it is only an image gallery.
  4. Password isn't working @jdavid - can you double check it?
  5. It looks fine for me. If it is still persisting it is likely that there is a content overflow. You'll want to add to the Design > Custom CSS: html, body { overflow-x: hidden!important; }
  6. Hi @Morten77, That's your built-in Squarespace domain that is automatically created for you when you start your account with Squarespace. This will show when you are logged in and editing. If you have added a custom domain, which you have, this is what will be indexed by Google. You can change your Site ID if you like: In the Home Menu, click Settings, and then click Domains. Under Built-In Domain, click the domain. Enter a new Site ID. This becomes the first part of your built-in domain before the .squarespace.com. Click Rename. If this Site ID is taken, you'll see an error message.
  7. Do you mean editing your old site after you connect the domain? If so and it is on Squarespace - yes, you would just log into that site. If it's on another platform like Wix or WordPress you would just need to make sure that you have the login details and the url to login - especially for WordPress: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-change-your-wordpress-site-urls-step-by-step/#:~:text=This method is the easiest, and 'Site Address' options.
  8. 7.1 templates aren't like version 7 templates. They are showing different designs rather than templates. That's why you can't switch. There are two options: 1. Start a new site with Clarkson and then transfer the domain between the sites, start a new subscription and then cancel the old one (the one with the cover page). A 10% discount you can use is PARTNER10. 2. Copy the design styles that you like from Clarkson on your current site using the page layouts and changing the font etc.
  9. Will Myers has a good blog post about this: https://www.will-myers.com/articles/building-a-mega-menu-in-squarespace-71-free
  10. Once you share the link @tuanphan will be able to help more specifically. In the meantime, you can put an image block on the left, spacer in the middle and then image block again on the right. Then tweak the width of each to fit your needs. ๐Ÿ™‚
  11. No worries! It is indeed. If. duplicate the project pages so you have the same anchor link id's it will work a charm ๐Ÿ™‚
  12. There is indeed @Roses: https://heathertovey.com/product/squarespace-blog-footer-plugin/ ๐Ÿ™‚
  13. .blog-basic-grid .blog-basic-grid--container.no-image-fade-in {display: none;} Add this to Design > Custom CSS
  14. This plugin will help you do that ๐Ÿ™‚ https://www.squarewebsites.org/squarespacewebsites-tools-extension-pro
  15. An easy way around this is to have the pdf on Dropbox and make it a downloadable link following the steps in the article below: https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/share/force-download
  16. If you share the link and password to your site someone will be able to give you the code ๐Ÿ™‚
  17. Pretty sure you can use Zapier logic to send an email to specific addresses based on the options selected in the form submission.
  18. You can use the plugin from Square Websites to copy content within the same site: https://www.squarewebsites.org/squarespacewebsites-tools-extension-pro
  19. Go to Commerce > Customer Accounts > Members > Click the three dots in the top right next to Create Campaign > Export Profiles. You may need to adjust the csv file of any useless information. Then go to your email campaigns list and then add import the list. Any duplicates, i.e. those already added to the list, will be excluded by Squarespace so only the new ones will be added.
  20. Use a Markdown block that you would have sticking to the right with anchor links to the sections: 1. CSS to make it sticky: You would just need to change the css to fit your needs. 2. How to create anchor links in Squarespace: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/207135178-Creating-anchor-links
  21. You can indeed, especially if you use image blocks. Click on the image and enter the caption in the text box that appears under the image. If it isn't there, go to Design in the Image Block editor and click 'Caption below' Styling image captions
  22. I haven't done this but could you use Eventbrite's recurring feature and embed it into the website?
  23. Memberships are linked to Customer Accounts. Squarespace's support article says: "Customers needing to update their email address should create a new account. It isnโ€™t possible to change a customerโ€™s email address or password on their behalf." Hope this helps!
  24. This is what you are looking for @Roses: https://www.will-myers.com/articles/blog-post-banner-image-update
  25. If I have understood correctly, you are looking for a multi-level menu? If so, your best bet is to use a Mega Menu plugin: https://www.will-myers.com/articles/building-a-mega-menu-in-squarespace-71-free or https://www.adlyticmarketing.com/blog/squarespace-creating-a-mega-menu And then creating the nested menu level option using the markdown block like that would be brought into the folder you wanted it to: https://www.rebeccagracedesigns.com/blog/multi-layer-dropdown-box or https://www.will-myers.com/products/p/accordion-dropdown-plugin-for-squarespace
