Hello everybody, I'm currently working om my first website created through Squarespace. All in all I really like it and it's working quite smoothly. However, I really struggle with figuring out how to create the final (and arguably most important) part of my website. I want to sell personalised products. What I mean is I want the customer journey to be the following: Customer fills in questionnaire on my website -> customer orders and pays for product -> I receive their questionnaire (on my mail) and create their personalised product -> I send them the product (through email). How would I go about realising this? Can any of you point me in the right direction? I already created most of the website and the questionnaire page(s), I'm just not sure what the final steps should be. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
