Google Workspace Free First Year?

I signed up for google workspace for my biz email via my squarespace account and I thought my first year was free. But I'm being charge $72.00. What am I doing wrong? How can I get this fixed so I'm not being charge $72.00?

Google Workspace purchase for new website/domain--no admin password associated with new site email I created?

I had the same issue, and the temp password worked. However when I created a new password the got an Error 404 page. I tried the new password several times and got the same error message. Why does this happen and how I fix this?
