  1. Sometimes Google takes time to index sites, it can be due to several reasons like low quality content, or the content is not friendly for mobile and has many structural problems. Please look into these factors and make sure you're complying to these terms. And also check technical aspects like Robots.txt and sitemap from your site. See if you're blocking the indexing.
  2. The most simple answer to this question is that the blog's posts will take some time to show in SERP when someone search them. You should optimize them, optimize the Meta Title, Meta Description, and add relevant stuff in the post. Moreover, check you website's technical aspects like PageSpeed, Canonicals, and Error response codes, etc. Implement right strategies and hopefully the site's posts will be in the SERP.
  3. As I experienced in my career, page speed matters a lot in bounce rate, if your website's loading time is high, then 40/50% users will bounce back. Get through it, other than that improve the above the fold area, as bounce rate only counts when user go back without even scrolling. So, when your above the fold area is good, it will definitely compel the user to scroll a little bit.
