We're a medical practice and just switched over to concierge service and we're using squarespace to capture the fee. I've set up an Annual, Quarterly and Monthly subscriptions. We had a patient today who wanted to sign both herself and husband up for the service and secure their "spot" in the practice. I've added a product form for her to be able to enter the patient's name for the product. When I tested it, a second subscription wasn't put into the cart, it just replaced the name on the first one. "Multiple service items" is toggled on, but this feature doesn't work for subscriptions which this really needs to be. Also, both the husband and wife share the same email, so he couldn't create an account. Any thoughts? Thanks!
