I'd like to create a floating menu button, which stays in the same place on the screen as you scrolll, and I'd like to create a dynamic menu when you click on it, like in this website ( https://www.bigcatcreative.com Any ideas how to do this?

Hi! Is anyone able to help me with a website block query. I want to have a video as the first thing that appears on my page, and I Want someone to scroll down to reach a text block. However, I want the video to be fixed on the page and not move when scrolling occurs, so it appears like the text is moving when actually you are scrolling. Does anyone have any code that could help this?
