Reducing gaps in mobile landscape mode

Hi All! Hope all is well,
I've had some issues with optimising the aesthetics of my website for mobile viewing in landscape mode regarding spacing between the header and the rest of the page. I'd like to reduce that gap that's visible in the landscape screenshot, but not visible in the portrait screenshot.
