I run a wedding supplier business. Currently I have clients e-sign a 'booking confirmation form' which contains all the details of their wedding and acts as a contract for my services. This is just a PDF, and is through HelloSign as I have Dropbox premium and it allows 3 signatures per month (currently enough for me but long term it isn't!)
I would love to somehow make this whole experience by having an online form that they can complete their details in (ideally with me having pre-filled some, this will be different information however for each client). This needs to then be e-signed.
The nature of my business means around a month before the wedding I need to confirm details from the booking confirmation (some may have been missing such as specifics of exact wedding time etc.) Therefore it would be great to be able to have the original form sent as a link to my clients, where they can make any alterations (doesn't need to be signed again).
I hope that makes sense. I'm looking for options that streamline the process, but also don't add significant additional cost. I know Dropbox have a new forms feature that works for esignature, however this would incur more monthly cost.
