I'm creating courses on Squarespace and have a section for reflection questions. I'd like to offer participants the opportunity to answer the questions directly in the course and have their responses emailed to them. Is there a way to do this directly within Squarespace? I've thought about using a Squarespace form and having them input their email, along with the questions. Is there a way to have the responses sent to their inbox when they complete a form? Ideally, they would be able to answer the questions and receive an email with their responses without needing to add their email each time. This might not be an option at this time... I'm also open to other options that could be more effective like embedding a 3rd party app. Thanks in advance!

Hey there, I'm creating a course and want to include an option for students to answer reflection questions directly in the course (without leaving the page) and have their responses sent directly to their email. It doesn't seem like there's a simple option for this at the moment. I was thinking of using a Squarespace form, with their email address and the reflection questions.
