I want to adjust my top nav on mobile view

Hi, I'm trying to set up my website's nav to look like the attached image but can't find the correct code. Right now the main icon on my website is on top of the social media icons and I just want them aligned horizontally on mobile view like the image attached here. May I also ask if anyone know the code to change the menu to hamburger icon? Thank you all in advance
