  1. I spoke to support and they said it may be due to our internal VPN. Our clients are our employees and they do not pay through Acuity so it was not due to that. I have not heard anything about the issue in a few weeks so it may have been fixed by an internal update to our VPN service.
  2. I am receiving emails that clients are getting an "Irregular site usage detected" error when trying to make an appointment, has anyone had experience with resolving this issue?
