Finding custom CSS

Hi all. I've taken on a Squarespace website that that was partially completed by another designer. I'm having some trouble with 'Add to cart' buttons on the home page changing width when clicked and continuing to change length each time it's clicked. A chat with live support tells me there is custom CSS that they suspect is the problem. My question is, how do I detect custom CSS code in the CSS panel so I can strip it out? Thanks in advance.
