Issue Description: Form Behavior: The Constant Contact sign-up form loads correctly on the site but does not submit. When the submit button is clicked, there is no apparent action, and the contacts are not added to the Constant Contact list. Error Messages: The browser console shows several errors when the page is loaded and when the submit button is pressed, primarily related to reCAPTCHA ("Error registering reCAPTCHA" and "TypeError: d is undefined"). Troubleshooting Done: Tested across multiple browsers and devices, and on different networks. Cleared browser cache and cookies. Reviewed and attempted to resolve any script conflicts or errors.
