Hey, I'm looking to integrate a WhatsApp chatbot into my website. Is it possible to do this for Squarespace? I'd prefer it not to open a new window and redirect users to WhatsApp. Instead, I want them to be able to chat right there on the page. If anyone has experience with this or can offer guidance, I'd really appreciate it. Also, if you have suggestions for alternative chat options, I'd be grateful for those too. Thanks!

Hi, I'm working on my e-commerce website and I'd like to include a button to navigate back to the previous page. For instance, if I navigate to a product category like "body and hair" and select a specific product, I want the option to return to the previous page, but currently, it directs me back to the general store instead. Thanks!
