I am mid-way through my website build-out using a 7.1 template. I have added all my products, but used code to currently allow them to only appear as gallery thumbnails and not process sales as I continue to gather all my content and fully "go live". My goal is to open up online sales for the majority of products, however, there are some pieces that logistically require discussion during the sales process and simply can not be sold on the spot. Is there a way to remove the "ADD TO CART" button from select products and instead replace it with an "SALES INQUIRY" button, which would essentially open up an email to me to initiate a sale discussion?
