I am trying to backup my site. I go through the export process, and get an error : "We're sorry. We can't open the document SquareSpace-Wordpress-Export-12-21-2023.xml because we found a problem with its contents.
Details: An invalid character was found in text content. Location 46821, Column 3248."
This may be the most worthless error message I've ever received, and I have been using PCs for 40 years. I want to backup my website--that should be much easier to do. What is the solution?
