Thanks Tuanphan, I ended up forcing the BG color for backgrounds with CSS for individual sections, I guess the 7.1 template I started with has an issue. Thanks!

Hello, when I use a PNG as a background image for a section in a blank template 7.1 site it doesn't seem to be adopting the color scheme I've selected at the upper right corner of the edit window. Am I missing something? According to the Color scheme I've selected, the bG should be white? Thanks!
