I reached out recently to Squarespace support, because I have been trying in the last weeks to update my reviews, from etsy, on my squarespace website. I have tried all the advice given and nothing, I have not been able to refresh. This feature used to work without any problems. I hope squarespace staff adresses this glitch very soon, it really bothers me that I can't show my customers the feedback that I receive over etsy. It is extremely important to show that my product works to my buyers!
