Thanks Paul2009. We know that removing the custom code related to a section of our site fixes the problem. It's a critical element to our site & homepage so removing it all together isn't a solution. It was created by a 3rd party developer, so I assume that the code needs updating to fix the issue. This becomes an ongoing problem if SS continue to change their code.

See attached screenshot of issues in SS settings. Also attached feedback from SS support noting that they believe this to be a 'script' or coding issue. We have not changed any code for about 5 weeks and this problem has only occurred in the last week. In the last week, our analytics page is not reporting any traffic to the homepage as well.
