Overlaying Footer on top of Banner Image (Brine Template)

Site URL: https://arugula-endive-d7pd.squarespace.com Right now on the site's homepage, you'd need to scroll down to see the footer info. I'm wondering if there is a way to have the footer sit on top/overlay the banner image so that it is visible without scrolling. The homepage is fairly simple so I think this would be a slicker look – anyone know how to achieve this? I'm using the Brine Template.
