  1. Is there a way to change the landing page my members will arrive on after they sign in to their account? Currently it takes them to the public facing homepage after they login. I've made a seperate members area homepage and would like for them to land there instead of my public facing homepage.
  2. @BrookeMadison, unfortunately I have not found an answer to this.
  3. Hello, I've got a member's area site. When the member signs in, it takes them to the public facing home page. Is there any way that I can set up my site to when the member logs in to my site, they're automatically taken to their 'members area dashboard' instead of my public facing home page?
  4. Hello, I'm wondering if there is code that I'm able to use that helps me accomplish enabling users to send an automated email to my email storage when button button is clicked. The picture below is what I'd like the user side to look like from original button not clicked, to button being clicked.
  5. Does Squarespace have any plans to update its analytics page options to see member area login info? It seems like incorporating another column to the 'Activity Log' page or adding an additional 'Analytics' page (ex: 'Member Area Activity') that shows member area username and login details like "Username", "Time", "Visitor IP Address" etc. would be a simple and highly effective task that adds incredible value for Squarespace site owners who would like more details to monitor their member areas. Do you know if Squarespace has any plans to update their Squarespace analytics in the above fashion? I'm thinking this would be incredibly helpful for many Squarespace Site account holders to monitor their member areas login.

  7. Hello, I have two member areas set up. I’m new to member areas and haven’t had any members sign up just yet. I’m wondering two things: 1. When a member signs into a member area, will the analytics show the name or username of specific users for every login entry or will the analytics only show the IP Address of the user like it does for public facing pages? (If Squarespace analytics will not show the specific username- what plugins, preferably free, do you suggest to accomplish determining which users are logging in and when) . This would be a big help when trying to enforce an acceptable use policy amongst my members. 2. If a member forgets their login credentials or needs to reset their password for any reason, will I as the site operator be responsible for sending them resetting instructions or does Squarespace automatically send them login support like resetting their password, etc. Thanks!
  8. Hi there! I'm using my squarespace site to provide digital content for academic institutions. As part of their policy, they do not pay through websites but have their own procurement and purchasing procedures they follow. Currently, my members area is paywalled and requires paid subscription to access. Am I able to generate and provide my users with login credentials? If so, what are the steps to generate and provide them login credentials to my members area content?
  9. Hi there! I was wondering if there is any way to change member area headers using custom css on Squarespace 7.1? I have a public page and 2 separate member areas. I would like for each of the three to have their own headers. Thanks!
