homepage code blocking banner to load

It seems that the code inside my homepage blocks the banner from loading on my site. Troubleshooting code falls outside Squarespace's scope of support, so they can’t pinpoint the exact issue with the code. However, when they copied and pasted the code onto a test site, they were able to replicate the same issue there. This indicates that the code is causing or contributing to the issue on my site.
I'm not a coder and used a template for this site. This problem occurred suddenly, and I made no changes.
