anyone able to answer this question or offer some recommendations?

How do I split a blog post into multiple pages? I can't seem to figure this out. Some blog posts are really long. I would like to have a link at the bottom of the first page that says something like: Next: Part 2 which then links to the next page. However, I do not want the content or page of "part 2" to show up on the main page. Please help. Thank you
