  1. Hi folks, I am literally at my wits end with this problem. I feel like crying/screaming/giving up to be honest. Paid for a commerce subscription recently to setup an online store. I created all of my products, but decided I needed to adjust my prices to make them more affordable. I have something like 123 products - all with about 112 variants. So as you can image, I did not want to go through Squarespace's clunky product page and edit each price individually, that would have taken literally days. As it turns out, I've spent days trying to fix this with the method Squarespace recommends - downloading a CSV spreadsheet with all of the data on, editing there and then re importing the document onto the website. It's taken me days and days and days to try edit the document (more than once) and then trying various ways of importing the document. The prices won't change. No matter what I do, the product prices won't change. I've followed the instructions on the Squarespace help page - nothing works. To be honest I feel like just getting a refund from Squarespace and paying someone to create a website for me. I'm literally losing money from not being able to launch my website due to this issue. It's infuriating! And not to mention, Squarespace is pretty awful any way in terms of being easy to use. Advertised as being a simple system, it's far, far from it. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!! Ross
  2. Hi @Ziggy, here's the url for that page https://rossdavidsonphotography.squarespace.com/printstore/p/perennial I hope that is sufficient? Thanks for the offer of help.
  3. Hi folks. Hoping somebody can help me. I'm currently designing the product page for some photography prints and I'm trying to reduce the size of the "variants" dropdown menus to align them with the product image on the page, this is for a webpage view. I can't find any way of doing that, can anyone help? I'd ideally like it all to move upwards so that the "Add to Cart" at the bottom is in line with the product image, and then my Additional Descriptions can begin underneath that and go across the page. Please see attached screenshots. Happy to reduce size of Heading "Perennial" if necessary. Thanks so much!
