I realized it's the parallax effect that I'd like to implement. This is the website I am asking for: https://www.retroweddingfilms.com/ We want to mimic this website: https://www.nativetreefilms.com/?utm_source=theknot.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=theknot It looks like the logo and below page section scroll over the header video and the header video is stagnant on the page.
Way to make section dividers affect image blocks?

How do I fix the space under the section divider when I use the hover effect? When I hover over the navigation option, the hover display image isn't changing under the section divider, so it's showing the initial background image. I am wondering if someone can help me figure out how to recreate the scroll effect on this website? I am curious how to get the banner to scroll over the video without disrupting the video in the header? It's very seamless. It's not the same thing as having a fixed header but unsure how to code it. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
