  1. Hey all,

I've got this site, https://www.amplifyhorseracing.org/education , which is a Horse Racing Mentorship Nonprofit.

They want to have a page where they list "Educational Resources" (websites and businesses that could benefit people in the industry). They want to list these businesses for free. I am using the blog option for this like I do for their job listing page here. https://www.amplifyhorseracing.org/job-board

However, the free listing will be minimal information. They want to offer a more robust listing (say, a logo, link to the website, and more) for a specific price.

Ive tried offering this as a digital product, but the user experience seems strange. Because I would think the best UE should be to click on the paid option, be prompted to pay and then have the option to upload logos and fill out a form with the available information to be listed.

I can't wrap my head around how I go about this. Does anyone have an idea for me? Here is what I started with but the UE isnt it. https://www.amplifyhorseracing.org/test-sub-page

  2.

My client offers in-person ACT test prep classes. We use Acuity Scheduling to list the classes on her site. My client didnt like the design of what Acuity offered. So, I found a custom “hack” for this.

I create a “blog” for each class she offers with details about the class and a link to the class in acuity for the customer to sign up and pay for.

However, the client wants the class listing page to be laid out a certain way. She wants the classes to be listed by month and in order in ascending order by date.  So, I created the page like this:

    January (Header)

Summary Block pulling anything tagged with January.

    February (Header)

Summary Block pulling anything tagged with February and so on.

For a visual, go to https://www.testprepmom.com/in-person-classes

But because this is a ‘blog hack’, it is listing the classes in descending order like a true blog would because most people want the newest blogs first.

So my big solution would be to find a way to re-order the summary blocks to ascending order by date.

The solution I have read about is to change the date, but i can’t because the date here is when the live in-person class is taking place.

My solution was to stop using summary blocks and just add the classes manually with the links to the acuity sign-up. This WORKED! But when we add a class each time we have a new one, the mobile design totally breaks and all the new classes jumble up on the page. So we can no longer add it this way.

  3. I have a "blog" page on my site that is a Job Posting page. I use an archive block to filter the listings from full-time to part-time.

My issue is when a visitor chooses one of those, the site brings them to a new page I have no design control over. The images are displaying way too large. Is there a way I can access this filtered page? Is there a setting somewhere where I can change the image settings for that page? Is there a custom code someone knows I could use for this?
