Hello, My website is using a scheduling block. How do I get the scheduler to send events to GA4 when someone books an appointment? I have set up the integration with GA4 for both my website and scheduling, following the instructions on Squarespace's support site. However the embedded scheduler doesn't send any events at all. Has anyone managed to get these events to work when using an embedded scheduler (i.e. scheduling block)? Thank you!

Me too, having the same issue for the past 2 hours. Was working fine earlier today!

For anyone concerned, manually adding the code to your website, rather than via the native integration solves the problem and its back tracking normally now. I also spoke to Squarespace's support team about this and they said the following: You're welcome to let others know that the issue has been flagged with Engineering. That said, the other customers you're speaking with are also welcome to reach out about the issue. This way, the impacted sites can be measured accordingly. So if you are having a problem, do reach out to them!

My Google Analytics sessions have dropped to 0 since March 1st, as have 3 of my client's websites. I have not seen the same drop in non-Squarespace sites. Something must have changed on Squarespace's side.

Hello, I have installed Google Tag manager to my client's site using the code injection. However Google Analytics was previously connected using the GA API key integration. Do I need to remove this API key now that I have Google Tag Manager installed? I don't want to duplicate data in my analytics. Thanks, Freya
