I Have a blog using a summary blog, tags show up in another window.

2 questions about this:

I have set the images to be 3:2 format but they do not change from default square. Do I need to change this elsewhere??

Can I change the text that currently reads ' post tagged....'

I have 2 sections on my site both using summery blocks and blog posts. Can I override site styles and have different settings for how the post appears in the summary?

I want to use title and hide excerpt in one, and hide title/show excerpt on the other.
