Just as an FYI, I was also unable to get images to work in bulk import via csv. I reached out to support (thanks for the link above!), and they verified that it's a bug and said the only workaround is to manually upload images individually. They are unable to provide any timeline for addressing it. Davideesk, I'd really love to know if you reported it to them back in February when you posted this - if so, I'll know I shouldn't wait for a fix!

I've been using a different ecommerce platform for years, and I'm in the very beginning stages of figuring out how to migrate all my product data from that site to Squarespace. The options for adding product data in Squarespace seem to be very limited, and I'm hoping I'm just missing something. I want to be able to track information such as where I purchased a product and how much I paid - info that I would input when adding a product, but not make visible to customers. My old site didn't have fields intended for that info, but there were enough back end, admin-only fields that I was able to repurpose a couple. I don't see any similar place for 'behind the scenes' info in Squarespace. Is there a way to do this that I'm not seeing?
