Realized I had to delete the CSS Custom code first, then was able to select the block to delete it.

Forgot to mention version 7.1

I have created a "Back to Top" code block which is working fine. I would like to delete it, but cannot select the block to remove it as I would a text or image block. It is created in the footer of my site.
