hello Ziggy! Thank you for your time. The code you sent me is what I would call a sticky scroll. While it is a good alternative i am looking for a function that would let me scroll normally but slow down page scrolling when reaching the end of the section. (not related) - also this "sticky scroll" function doesn't work well on Safari browser, I have been looking for solution for quite some time.

I'm in search of assistance for a website project I'm currently working on.. My goal is to implement a feature where the scrolling action pauses when visitors reach the end of a specific section, requiring them to scroll a bit more to continue moving downward. This would ensure they don't quickly scroll past important text content. I believe this functionality is commonly referred to as "scroll jacking" or it could be a variation of the Parallax effect applied to an entire section. I've attempted to find coding solutions for this, but I'm encountering challenges. If anyone has any advice or can provide examples of how to achieve this effect, I would greatly appreciate it.
