I am helping my daughter with a website. Our aim at this time is to add email addresses using the domain name. So I signed up for google workspace. Only now I can't get in. I created the email info@[domainname] for the administrator of google workspace but I don't remember the password (much has happened). I went through steps to recover the password and got a message that I have to request review by a Google Recovery Team, which will take up to 72 hours. I started the process (clicked on "contact support") and it says the domain name is "resold" - further investigation tells me it is "resold" through Squarespace. I can't make any sense of this.
