In Billing and Subscription, the Personal Plan option is grey-out and when I move the mouse over it, there's a red circle with a red line through it. In UK road signage, this circle with the red line through it means You Cannot Do [Something]. That is also the case in this scenario.

Thank you for your prompt reply. How then do I go about upgrading my personal website? I don't need a business upgrade, just a personal. For instance, when I go to the account page - subscriptions - change plan - the Personal Plan is not clickable. I don't need a business plan - just need a personal plan. Thanks

Hi. I have the exact same issue. If I try to change my plan, it looks I'll have to pay over £50 more annually.

On Squarespace V2.0, I'd like to change the navigation bar back to the generic horizontal bar. For some reason, on the main site, it has defaulted to the mobile version, which isn't suitable for laptops and PC's. How can I change this setting? Thanks in advance.
