Inventory Number does not decrease after new orders

Hi, I have been using the e-commerce Squarespace. However after any new orders, the inventory number for the products do not decrease. I haven't been able to find any way to rectify this. Does anyone know why this happens and if there is any solutions for it? Thank you.
