Underline product title when hovering over it

Hi, Please see attached screenshot of the section I am referring too. This is a summary block and when I click on the images and text underneath the images, they are a link to a service page, but it is very unclear that they are links, as when you hover over them, they do not change colour or underline. Please can you help?

Hi, on my homepage I show the services that I offer within my clinic and when you click on the image or the name of the service underneath the image it takes you to that specific service page. However, I think it is really unclear to my customers that there is a link that they can click on as when you hover over the image or text, it does not change colour or underline or anything. Does anyone know how I can get the text to underline when it is hovered over so it is more clear that there is a link attached?
