Adding two buttons on the header of website

Hi, I know this is a relatively old thread, but I need to add a second button to the site header of my site, that matches the button that is already there. I have a non-active link created for "new patient intake forms", and I would like to have the matching button for "new patient intake forms" created directly below the existing button in the site header.
