Is there a way to have customers buy a course whenever they want, and then get weekly access to a video: one video each week for a month?

I prefer they not have access to all the videos all at once.
 
Is there a way to drip course content like this?

Is it possible to create dripping based on the enrollment of a student in a course and not in a specific date (as it is now). I want them to receive a chapter a month or a course a month, depending on the payment plan (course paid in installments or various courses also paid in installments).
