My banner video is a linked youtube video. Folks that have a login to our squarespace site can see it playing via their desktop browser but not via an icognito window on their desktop (or alternate supported browsers). The video is on our banner home page. Im ok with it not working for mobile but I really need it to work on desktop. The mobile image appears for all the desktop browser options that don't support the video.
The screenshot below is a still from the video. The still from the website is full bleed and also provide as a reference.
How do I get this to work for the general public? Maybe it has to do with my YouTube settings?
