Pass value from page to page

Hi everyone! When being on a product page and clicking the "Send Inquiry" button, one is directed to a contact formula. I wish for the product name of the product the user was looking at, to be inserted into the 'subject'-field of the contact formula automatically. But I can't seem to figure out how to pass the product name from the product page to the contact formula. Any tips is much appreciated!
