Hi all, I am very new to Squarespace and feeling very frustrated after coming over from WIX.
I have what is I hope a simple fix. I accidently set a subscriber (a mate) to Opt Out of Marketing. Now he is obviously opted out of my newsletter. How do I get him to opt back in? I cannot see anywhere to change that, he has tried multiple times to resubscribe with no luck. I have made a new Mailing List and tried importing him into that, no luck.
I can't even see how to delete a subscriber, or even the entire mailing list so I can start over
This seems like it should be so simple, yet it is so frustrating.
