    It worked! I was able to view it on Safari and it worked. You are soo awesome for working with me on this. It's greatly appreciated. Can I ask if, in the code you sent me, is there a way to remove the price on only the products (inside the product page) I redirect to the purchase on the other site? and have the other site open in a new window?

    I updated the code you sent and changed the URL (as I was testing it with the yknott.com URL) and tried viewing in Incognito mode, but instead of taking me to the external site, the page just goes white. This just doesn't want to work for me. Could you test if on your end and see if it goes to the USANA website?

    Thanks for your kind words. With your help, I was able to get the link to finally redirect, but now the link says "Refuses to connect" I know the link ( https://roseannalaporta.usana.com/s/UtVdb3 ) is working as I have been using it today. If it's not one thing it's another.

    Found it! Thanks. I put the code in the code block and now the raw code is showing at the bottom of the product page and the button is still not redirecting. Do you know if there are next steps from here? I think I'm about to throw in the towel. I'm sorry to keep bugging you.

    @creedon I have followed all of the steps but when I get here; Some Add to Cart buttons redirect to any URL(s). Edit a product. Add the following to a code block in Additional Info. (I do not have an area to add a code block into my additional info on the individual product) Can you help guide me, please?

    I'm not sure which feed I got the old code, but if I come across it I will let you know. I went through the steps listed from the October 30, 2020 post. Is there a way to add a specific SKU's and have it redirect a customer to an external link for purchase?

    I need to do this on a site I am developing now, and the client wants to direct clients to purchase a site on an external site, not amazon. I just want some of their products to redirect, not all. Please help.

    I am just trying to redirect a few of the physical in my store not all of my products. I am also in the trial page and the above steps didn't work for me. HELP!

    I am actually experiencing this right now. How did it go for you in the end? I am now on day 7. NIGHTMARE!!!

    I am experiencing the same issue. The Vimeo video will upload in a video block using the same Vimeo link, it will still give me the error but the video will populate. If I try to add the Vimeo link on a section background video I get the error, "Unable to load video. Try again later" and it will not populate. Strange
