  1. Hello- I am working with a client that has a paint your own pottery studio. She does not sell anything online but would like to sell gift cards for people to use in person at the studio. I haven't been able to figure out how to do that since the gift cards in the product section only give you a code to redeem for online product. Does anyone have any recommendations? I was thinking maybe doing a download but you can't have variable prices like you can for gift cards - I guess you would have to have a product for each dollar amount offered? Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated
  2. @beyondspace I ended up doing something different so it won't show up now. Thanks for your reply.
  3. Hi! I know this is probably simple but I am stumped. I am trying to change the font style in a gallery block so it matches the rest of the page I have set up and cannot find the right selector. I have used the Grid:Simple gallery type and want to change the font to match the portfolio section above (Adobe Garamond Pro - Italic). Here is an image so you can see what I mean - want the text in the lower red circle to match the text in the upper red circle. Any help is greatly appreciated! Cheers, Ashli
  4. @JayVanDyke- thank you for your help. Currently my clients does not want to sell online so these solutions work great! I honestly don't think they will change their minds (they are in their 70's and the idea of fulfillment does not sit well with them) 😀 thank you!!
  5. Thank you JayVanDyke that worked! Do you know how you would target the SOLD OUT text on the main shop page (currently I have the color changed to transparent so it doesn't show - probably not the best solution).
  6. I am creating a catalog of sorts for an artist and they have prints they want to show but do not want to have an actual store/sell online. Using a shop page felt like the best option, allowing them to display all of their prints on one page and then when someone clicks on the piece they can see the details. I found a post with some answers that have worked for what I am trying to do (remove button and price from a product). When using the code I found from the post, the product stock has to be set at 0 for the button and $ text to be removed. When you do this it shows the product as 'sold out'. Is there a way to remove the 'sold out' text on the details page via CSS? I found a hinky way on the main page by changing the text color to white - so if there is a CSS solution for that too I would like to change it also. Here is a link to the site if that helps https://caper-dandelion-dmzp.squarespace.com/ password: emery Hopefully someone out there has an answer if not if someone could possibly direct me to the best place to go to find it I would appreciate it. thanks Ashli Reitz
  7. Hi- I just finished building a client's site and am trying to transfer their domain. When I enter it I get this error: I know it is a third party domain - it is hosted by GoDaddy. How do I go about using the domain - I'm currently stuck here. Thanks for any help/suggestions. Ashli
  8. Hi- I am working with a client that has a GoDaddy domain we are trying to transfer to Squarspace so we can launch his site. He has gone through the process to get the authorization code and tried twice and entered it into Squarespace - both times have failed. The message states that Squarespace ('Transfer Contact') is denying the transfer. I'm at a loss, any suggestions? Thanks in advance Ashli
