    Hi, I was just wondering if it makes any difference to SEO if you name your photos after uploading them to Squarespace as opposed to naming them before uploading them. Obviously the former would save me a ton of time. Much appreciated. Rob.

    Same. Is there not a way to change this? Pretty stupid if not. Even stupider than we can't have customers sign up after they pay.

    The more I use Squarespace, the more I liken it to a beautiful woman with no brains. Stop coming out with new stuff and fix everything that is broken, because there is a LOT that is broken.

    Has Squarespace already ditched Member Areas support? There's been no sign of improvement in two years. It's still missing so many basic options it's ridiculous. The fact that "customers" have to sign up before they even get to their shopping cart is beyond words. That's just one of many, many issues. I have an entire list of missing features if anyone's interested compiling a list together on here.

    Someone please tell me I'm wrong about this. Just spent countless hours building a website and multiple online courses only to find out SquareSpace requires potential customers to sign up for a Member Areas account BEFORE they even see gain access to their cart and the checkout process. This absolutely unbelievable. This might be the biggest flaw (out of many member areas flaws) I've seen. There has to be some sort of mistake. This is basically pissing money away. Come on Squarespace, this is utterly ridiculous. You must change this. #mindboggling

    Wondering how to do this as well (receive an email notification when someone signs up to your newsletter/mailing list). Seems so basic and standard. Anyone have any advice regarding this?

    Hi, long-time Wordpress user (not a fan) and SquareSpace user for about 2 years (mostly a fan). Recently the 7.1 page builder is so absurdly slow it's unusable. Internet speed is 50Mbps and I'm using a M1 MacBook Pro. Just wondering if anyone else has any issues with the site builder and the insane lag and if so, any recommendations are welcome. I'm at the point where I have no choice but to look elsewhere. Thanks very much.
