  1. Hi, I'm wondering how a client can add multiple appointments (in our case, lessons) to their calendar (google, ical, outlook) at once... rather than having to select each appointment and add individualy. We have many clients that sign up for multiple recurring classes so when they get the initial confirmation they could have more than 50 lessons scheduled. I have attached an example however this is only through November and could be much longer. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you! *Acuity should have their own calendar view for clients so they don't have to use a third party calendar.
  2. How can you make the added description go away for the post-submit message? The above worked perfectly for the Lightbox form instructions but makes no sense when the message is still there after hitting submit and with the post submit message. Thanks!
  3. Just happened to me as well. I spent four hours formatting two detailed forms. Saved the whole time. All of the sudden it reverted back to how it was this morning and all of the work is just gone. This is stupid and ridiculous.
  4. Found a video from Christy Price about this. Guess you need CSS to style lightbox form fonts but not for form blocks.
  5. I have a standard form designed that is using the correct fonts that I have designated in site styles. When I turn on the lightbox option the font changes to what looks like a default (helvetica/neue haas or something comparable). I am using one font sitewide (Poppins) for everything and have no custom css pertaining to form fonts. Any ideas? Thanks.
  6. I am transferring a client from DaySmart to Acuity. She currently has customers fill out intake forms by hand. Wondering if there's a way to manually input information from her current handwritten intake forms to the new intake forms in Acuity .... without making an appointment or notifying the customer. Or is there a way to permanently delete a fake appointment. She has approximately 130 current customers that have filled out forms. Thank you!
