Insert Portfolio samples/grid on Home page

Hi There, I can't manage to figure out how to reference Case Studies made with a Portfolio Page on another page, let's say Home. It's like the "heart" -icon should be there to be able to save the section of the project-grid and then insert it to another page.. Anyone with an idea how this would be possible? Best, Hank
