I've since turned off the ability to buy directly on instagram or fb. The catalog is still there, but now button is "visit website" and takes them to squarespace site for purchases.
How did you "Turn off" Instagram Checkout?
I'm having the same issue. Contacted the customer to ask her to cancel order, since I don't see a way to on my end.
Can anyone help with this? (Order pending acknowledgement by Squarespace Commerce)
